About the role: We are looking for a Tech Lead with 6+ years of experience in building scalable data-driven and cloud-native systems. The ideal candidate has to be hands-on with data pipelines, search, APIs, and modern AI/agentic frameworks, while bringing strong leadership skills to a fast-paced startup environment. You?ll collaborate with experienced engineers and designers, learn global best practices, and build features that directly impact users across the world. EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: ? Lead the design and development of data pipelines handling millions of records with high scalability and reliability. ? Architect and implement solutions using Elasticsearch, Python, and modern DB design. ? Drive API design and development ensuring robust and scalable integrations. ? Build and optimize batch/streaming workflows using Spark, Glue, or similar systems. ? Apply agentic frameworks (CrewAI, LangGraph, etc.), MCP to design intelligent and automated workflows. ? Oversee technical and solution architecture for data and AI systems. ? Champion DevOps practices (CI/CD, infra-as-code, observability, scalability, cost optimization). ? Mentor engineers, enforce coding best practices, and foster engineering excellence. ? Collaborate across teams to translate product requirements into technical execution in a startup-paced environment. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ? Excellent communication skills and proven ability to bridge cross-cultural teams ? Deep understanding of software development practices and product-engineering collaboration ? Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Technical Skills Required: ? 6+ years of backend/data engineering experience with increasing leadership responsibilities. ? Strong expertise in Python, Elasticsearch, cloud-native application development (AWS/GCP/Azure). ? Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, distributed systems, Spark/Glue. ? Proven track record in technical architecture and solution design at scale. ? Solid understanding of DevOps processes, automation, CI/CD, and monitoring. ? Strong foundation in API design (REST/GraphQL) and system integration. ? Strong Database fundamentals with RDBMS and NoSQL ? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. ? Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments. ? Working knowledge of agentic/AI frameworks (CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, etc.), MCP Additional Requirements: ?
