1. AI Systems Implementation Intern Goal: Help build and refine real-world AI-powered tools with guidance from senior mentors. Responsibilities: ?????????Assist in developing AI-based automation and decision-making tools. ?????????Implement small-scale models using frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, or HuggingFace. ?????????Work on prompt engineering, AI API integration, and chaining logic. ?????????Help design simple backend workflows to support AI use-cases (FastAPI, Flask). ?????????Research and test new LLM tools, libraries, and plugins. Ideal Skills: Python, APIs, JSON; Basic understanding of LLMs; Fast learner with strong logical thinking. 2. Full-Stack Developer Intern (MERN or FastAPI + React) Goal: Contribute to building internal platforms, dashboards, and integrations that support key business functions. Responsibilities: ?????????Develop frontend components using React (Tailwind a bonus). ?????????Help build backend REST APIs (Node.js/Express or FastAPI). ?????????Work with MongoDB/PostgreSQL to manage data flows. ?????????Assist in integrating 3rd-party tools (CRM, analytics, etc.). Ideal Skills: MERN or Python+React stack; Git, REST APIs; Good UI sense and clean code habits. 3. DevOps & Deployment Intern Goal: Help streamline our deployment pipelines, improve infrastructure reliability, and manage cloud services. Responsibilities: ?????????Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. ?????????Use Docker to containerize apps; help deploy on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Render). ?????????Monitor uptime, logs, and help troubleshoot bugs during release cycles. ?????????Help automate repetitive infrastructure tasks. Ideal Skills: Docker, GitHub Actions or similar; Basics of AWS/GCP; Scripting and log monitoring. 4. UI/UX Intern Goal: Help improve the user experience across our AI tools, internal dashboards, and merchant-facing platforms. Responsibilities: ?????????Design clean, intuitive UIs in Figma. ?????????Collaborate with developers to help convert designs to React components. ?????????Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve usability. ?????????Contribute to our design systems and reusable component libraries. Ideal Skills: Figma, UX fundamentals; Understanding of responsive layouts; Bonus: some frontend dev (HTML/CSS or React). 5. Product Intern - AI Tools Goal: Help bridge the gap between business needs and tech implementation by defining workflows and features. Responsibilities: ?????????Help document user stories and tech requirements for AI-based tools. ?????????Conduct user interviews or gather internal feedback. ?????????Assist in mapping workflows, defining KPIs, and creating project plans. ?????????Test features and track usage after release.
