Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tech Department Head / Senior Web Development Lead to manage and guide our web development team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience handling clients professionally.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• React JS
• Angular JS
• WordPress Development
• Custom Post Types (CPT)
• API integration
• HTML5 / CSS3 / Bootstrap
• Figma to WordPress
• Figma to HTML/Bootstrap
• Good understanding of website architecture and UI/UX implementation
• Ability to manage developers and projects
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable in client meetings and project discussions
• Problem-solving mindset and team handling experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the web development team
• Manage client communication and technical discussions
• Review project quality and delivery
• Convert Figma designs into responsive websites
• Handle WordPress custom development projects
• Coordinate with designers and developers
• Ensure timely project completion

Preferred Candidate

• 6–8 years of experience in web development
• Leadership or team handling experience preferred
