Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized university/institution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for manufacturing and corporate roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and headhunting techniques.
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.
4. Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and coordination throughout the selection process.
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche manufacturing roles.
6. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
7. Track recruitment metrics, market trends, and competitor hiring practices.
8. Utilize recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled sourcing techniques to improve hiring efficiency.
9. Maintain positive candidate experience and employer branding throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
10. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants/vendors for seamless hiring execution.
