The role involves preparing and analyzing sales MIS reports, revenue trends, and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. It includes tracking the sales pipeline, benchmarking industry and competitor performance, and conducting ad hoc analyses to provide actionable insights across sales, pricing, and transportation metrics.

Major challenges includes ensuring data accuracy and timeliness in reporting, aligning forecasts with dynamic market conditions, integrating cross-functional inputs, and delivering meaningful insights amidst evolving pricing strategies and competitive pressures.

Sales MIS Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales MIS reports with accurate and timely data.
  • Ensure alignment of MIS formats with business needs and management expectations.

Revenue Analysis & Forecasting

  • Prepare revenue trends and sales variances
  • Develop the revenue forecasting models to support planning and budgeting.

Industry & Competitive Benchmarking

  • Track and analyze Paints industry and competitor revenue metrics .
  • Provide comparative insights to support pricing, product, and market strategies.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Support

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis related to sales performance, transportation costs, discounts, and schemes.
  • Support cross-functional teams with customized reports and insights.
