Sales MIS Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales MIS reports with accurate and timely data.
- Ensure alignment of MIS formats with business needs and management expectations.
- Prepare revenue trends and sales variances
- Develop the revenue forecasting models to support planning and budgeting.
- Track and analyze Paints industry and competitor revenue metrics .
- Provide comparative insights to support pricing, product, and market strategies.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis related to sales performance, transportation costs, discounts, and schemes.
- Support cross-functional teams with customized reports and insights.
