NxtSft is India’s fastest-growing Property Subscription Platform. We help Home Owners, Buyers, Sellers, Builders, and Channel Partners buy/sell/rent properties with zero brokerage.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Telesales Team Leader to lead and scale our Work From Home calling team.
You’ll manage 20 Telesales Executives, drive daily/weekly targets, and ensure quality calls for NxtSft property leads.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and manage 20 Telesales Executives remotely
- Target Achievement: Own team’s daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Quality Control: Monitor calls, provide feedback, and ensure pitch compliance for NxtSft services
- Lead Management: Distribute leads from CRM, track follow-ups, and ensure 100% lead coverage
- Reporting: Share daily reports on calls, conversions, revenue, and team performance
- Process Improvement: Suggest scripts, offers, and strategies to improve conversion rates

Who Should Apply
- 2-4 years in Telesales with 1 year team leading experience in paper.
- Experience Sales, Real Estate, BFSI, or Subscription Sales is a plus
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi + Regional language
- Hands-on with CRM, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
- Own laptop, headset, and stable internet connection
- Available for India time zone and team meetings
