Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader - Real Estate at our office located in the Pune Division. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, guide and motivate team members, and ensure targets are met. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, fostering client relationships, assisting clients with their property search, and ensuring professional brokerage practices. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing and growing the team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Expertise in brokerage and knowledge of the commercial real estate market
• Proven ability in team management and team leadership
• Proficiency in client consultation and property matchmaking
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role in Pune Division
• Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is highly desirable
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
