Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Team Leader will oversee and guide a team to achieve operational goals and ensure the efficient delivery of tasks. Responsibilities will include project planning, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. The role will also require the development and implementation of strategies to enhance team performance and meet organizational objectives.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in technology and tools relevant to Fintech, along with an understanding of financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous.
