Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects, coordinate tasks among team members, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and to quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring project activities, guiding team members, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining clear communication with management and stakeholders. The role involves collecting and reviewing project data, preparing concise reports, and supporting the implementation of research and social entrepreneurship initiatives. The Team Leader is expected to foster a positive, inclusive team culture and promote adherence to organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present information clearly.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data collection, basic analysis, and evidence-based decision making.
- Understanding of or interest in social entrepreneurship, community development, or social impact projects.
- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Management, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Karnataka, India, with a commitment to ethical practices, inclusion, and respect for diverse communities.
