We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Team Leader which will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong customer relationships.
The ideal Team leader will be able to perform for the following responsibilities:
1-Analysis of sales & services achievement according to the sales target
2- Sales Team Leaders are responsible for the overall management and performance of their sales team. They provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
3- Ongoing delivery of an excellent experience for each customer
4- Review sales performance daily of sales consultants and follow up on under performance
