Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers
• Design and develop scalable, enterprise-level applications using Java
• Develop and maintain web modules using JSP (Java Server Pages)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and ensure timely delivery
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Hands-on experience with JSP and Servlets
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and micro services architecture
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with application deployment (Apache Tomcat servers, log monitoring).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
