Team Lead- Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js)

Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead (Full Stack Developer) who has deep expertise in Node.js and React.js. The ideal candidate will lead a team of talented developers, drive end-to-end project execution, ensure code quality, and contribute to architectural and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications. Architect, design, and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs . Develop dynamic, responsive, and efficient front-end applications using React.js . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain coding standards. Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and development methodologies. Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance. Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely project completion. Required Skills & Experience 6?10 years of overall experience in Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js. Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux or Context API), and UI performance optimization. Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Proven experience in leading teams, managing sprints, and working in Agile environments. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Good to Have Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or Microservices Architecture. Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native development.
