Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead – BGV Process to oversee a team responsible for conducting employee background verification checks. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight and process management skills to ensure timely case closures, quality compliance and efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of BGV executives handling multiple verification checks.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely closure as per defined TATs (Turnaround Times).
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance across all verification processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and guide team members to improve productivity and quality.
• Handle complex cases and client escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Quality, Client Servicing, and Operations to streamline workflows.
• Prepare and share operational reports related to team performance, case status, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Graduated in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV) operations or a similar domain.
• Prior experience in team handling or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and case management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
