Are you someone who enjoys leading survey projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality research solutions?

We’re looking for an experienced Survey Programming professional to step into a leadership role and grow with us.

📍 Location: Coimbatore (Work From Office)

💼 Experience: 8+ Years

At Cursory Technologies, we work on global market research projects, delivering excellence in survey programming, data processing, and analytics.

Our focus is simple — accuracy, efficiency, and innovation.

• Lead end-to-end survey programming projects (Confirmit / Decipher)

• Work on complex logic, validations & quality checks

• Manage testing, UAT, and survey launches

• Handle multi-country & multi-language studies

• Deliver clean data outputs (SPSS / Excel / CSV)

• Ensure timelines, quality, and smooth execution

• Collaborate with clients & internal teams

• Mentor and guide junior team members

• Drive automation and process improvements

• 8+ years in Survey Programming

• Strong expertise in Confirmit / Decipher with Dimensions

• Good understanding of market research & survey logic

• Experience in online surveys, panel integrations & data validation

• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript (added advantage)

• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
