Job Summary:

We are hiring a Team Lead – Accounts Receivable (AR) with strong experience in Healthcare RCM (AR Follow-up / Denials / Credit Balance / Reconciliation). Candidate must have handled multi-specialty AR including Psychiatry and should have Quality Control (QC Analyst) experience. Strong client communication and team handling is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AR team handling follow-up, denials, payment posting, credit balance, and reconciliations

Ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are achieved

Conduct QC audits (work accuracy, denial handling, documentation)

Identify error trends, provide feedback, and improve quality score

Handle client calls, reporting, escalations, and performance updates

Prepare AR reports: Aging, Denials, KPI dashboards, productivity trackers

Drive process improvements to reduce aging and improve collections

Required Skills:

Healthcare RCM – AR Follow-up / Denial Management / Collections

Multi-specialty AR (Psychiatry mandatory)

Quality Control Analyst / AR QC experience mandatory

Credit balance resolution & payer guidelines knowledge

Strong client communication & team handling

Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)

Knowledge of Epic / Athena / Cerner / NextGen is a plus

Experience

5 to 8+ years in Healthcare AR / RCM

Team Lead / Supervisor experience preferred
