Position Summary

The Team Laundry Attendant is responsible for the laundering of team uniforms during their stay at camp. This role includes washing, drying, and properly returning baseball uniforms in a timely and efficient manner to ensure players are game-ready each day. The attendant will follow proper laundry procedures, handle items with care, and maintain a clean and organized laundry area throughout each shift. This position operates during third shift / overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in picking up and delivering the team laundry
• Wash, dry and return uniforms to the proper laundry bag
• Help with bunkhouse cleaning as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
  
  

Required

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Must be able to accurately count and record uniforms and inventory
• Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards
• Must be available to work overnight / third shift hours.
  
  

Preferred

• Sufficient education and literacy are needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to communicate in basic English preferred.
  
  

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and bending
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Willingness to work a rotation seven-day work cycle
