This is a full-time, on-site role in Ashton-Under-Lyne for a Teacher or Teaching Assistant. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality teaching and learning support tailored to students' individual needs, planning and preparing engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves supporting students' social and emotional development and collaborating with other educators and school staff to ensure academic and personal success.

• Strong teaching and classroom management skills, with experience in lesson planning
• Ability to provide tailored instructional support and adapt to individual learning needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and parents
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and child protection protocols
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Relevant teaching or teaching assistant qualification as required by the role
• Previous experience in a teaching or classroom support role is preferred
