TDM Engineer

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities Lead Test Data Management?s data provisioning efforts for large-scale, Staples B2B and B2C eCommerce applications. Design and develop data provision workflows or task flows using Informatica Power Center and/or Test Data Management Workbench. Set up Test Data Services, implement data masking, and devise Test Data Management strategies. Monitors data provisioning progress, provides status updates, and escalates issues to management, test lead and other project participants regarding TDM efforts. Engineer will be responsible for developing Java scripts that integrate Jenkins with Informatica ETL workflows. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues. Expertise at generating and manipulating complex test data. Configuring and troubleshooting data discrepancies between databases. Learn the data dependencies across complex eCommerce services and execute multi-task across several back-end data environments with changing priorities. Document all problems and assist in their resolution. Track Test Data provisioning progress, communicate status updates, and escalate issues to leads and stakeholders. Resolve complex data dependencies issues independently and escalate when needed. Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to junior associates. Basic Qualifications 2 - 5 years of related experience in ETL/TDM data engineering Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 2+ years of proven Test Data Management (TDM) experience. Familiarity with setting up Test Data Services and applying data masking techniques. Ability to develop and implement Test Data Management strategies to support enterprise-level testing environments. Hands on experience in ETL tools such as Informatica Preferred Qualifications Preferred Java or any other OOP language certifications. Hands-on experience designing and building data workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or Test Data Management Workbench.
