Designation: Assistant Manager

Location: Gurugram

Qualification & experience:

• Qualified CA with 2+ years of direct tax experience, or
• Semi-qualified CA with 5+ years of direct tax experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all the withholding tax compliances.
• Prepare and review income tax returns and other applicable direct tax compliances.
• Handling the assessments/CIT(Appeals) notices which include preparation and review of the notices.
• Managing tax audits and responding to other income tax notices.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Having a basic understanding of transfer pricing and benchmarking.
• Having experience in 26AS Reconciliations and process automations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of income tax laws and related compliance requirements.
