The Opportunity As part of the Tax Innovation team you develop software solutions that enhance client services. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior developers while navigating complex projects to deliver innovative results. This role emphasizes building meaningful client relationships and leveraging technical strengths in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end software solutions that drive innovation in tax technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-impact products. Translate business and user requirements into robust technical solutions. Uphold high coding standards, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently. Champion continuous improvement across development practices and workflows. Mentor and support junior developers through knowledge sharing and collaboration. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends. What You Must Have - Bachelor?s Degree. At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing with ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL. What Sets You Apart Master?s Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems (preferred). Deep expertise with .NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and C#. Strong proficiency in React for modern front-end development. Proven experience building, testing, and deploying applications on Azure. Demonstrated success mentoring and leading development teams. Passion for driving innovation through emerging and digital technologies. Skilled at managing large, complex datasets and building high-performance solutions. Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle. Comfortable collaborating with third-party vendors on integrated solutions. Exposure to AI and Data Engineering concepts.
