Job Role: Customer Service Associate (Domestic)

Position Summary

Customer care specialist are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests around products as specified by the client. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

Experience required:

Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to multitask

Candidates must have between 1 to 4 years of international customer service experience.

Teamwork ability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

Job Requirement:

Flexible to work six days a week during day shift

Regional language proficiency (Kannada)

Agent should be able to communicate in English, Hindi

1-4 Years of Experience in Domestic/International customer service (BFSI Domain preferred)

Undergraduate (10+2) with minimum 18 months of experience & Graduate (10+2+3) with minimum 12 months of experience

Immediate joiners/30 Days/60 days' Notice

Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)

All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.

Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
