This is a full-time, on-site role as a Tandoor Chef (Commi I/II/III) at Atlantiz Casino, located in Calangute. The Tandoor Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality tandoor dishes, operating tandoor ovens, and maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area. The role also includes managing kitchen inventory, ensuring food quality standards are upheld, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The chef will ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and customer preferences while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Experience and expertise in Tandoor cooking, including preparation of traditional Indian tandoori dishes such as naan, kebabs, and rotis.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Ability to manage kitchen inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and consistency in maintaining food quality.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills to work closely with kitchen staff and other departments.
• Ability to handle high-pressure kitchen environments and ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Relevant culinary training and certification in Indian or Tandoori cuisine is a plus.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or premium dining environment is a strong advantage.
