Shift Timing: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM (Night Shift - US Process)
Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

Experience: Fresher / 6 months-1 year in US Staffing / or 1 year in Sales

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for US job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills, communication, and job fit.
- Understand client job descriptions and align suitable profiles.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
- Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the qualification process.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, submissions, and qualified profiles.
You are a good fit if you are:
- A fresher with excellent English communication skills, OR
- Someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US staffing, OR
- A candidate with minimum 1 year of sales experience and strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to work in US night shift.
- Good listening and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence while speaking with candidates.
