We’re looking for Talent Development & Employee Engagement Lead who can architect development systems, elevate leadership capability, and drive measurable improvement through engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with proven track records in Talent Development and Employee Engagement.
• Experience in multinational medical devices or pharma environments is highly valued.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
