We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and continuously improve our end-to-end recruiting strategy. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while building a strong employer brand and scalable hiring processes.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical and high-volume roles across all divisions
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies, including talent pipelines and diversity initiatives
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems (ATS, sourcing platforms, assessments)
- Manage employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- Manage new hire job offers and employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and job boards
- Adhere to company policy and procedures
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
- 5-8+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience scaling teams in agile and high-growth environments
- Strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring strategies
- Employer branding and social recruiting experience
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
