This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Pune. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, developing employer branding initiatives, and conducting interviews to evaluate prospective employees. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Experience in Employer Branding and implementing effective strategies
• Strong Interviewing and assessment skills
• Expertise in Recruiting strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
