We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across multiple functions and help build high- performing teams. Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles , from sourcing to offer closure. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Source candidates via job portals , referrals, and networking. Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication. Track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio). Drive candidate engagement to ensure smooth experience. Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives. What We?re Looking For Education: Bachelor?s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR preferred). 1?2 years of recruitment /HR experience, preferably in startups/EdTech/consumer tech in sales hiring. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
