Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology roles including AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and other engineering positions.
• Identify and engage with high-quality talent across regions, ability to build conversations & engage with passive candidates for opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
• Leverage diverse sourcing strategies beyond platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri, including talent communities, referrals, niche platforms, and direct outreach.

Key Skills

• Strong technology recruitment expertise, particularly in domains like AI/ML, Data Science & other engineering roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive talent.
• Creative and resourceful talent sourcing capability across multiple channels.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
