Role - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Voice based)

Job Location - Kolkata

Desired Exp - 2-8 Years



Position Overview:


The Talent Acquisition Analyst – Voice Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring through voice-based candidate engagement for high-volume and niche roles across the Australian market. The role focuses on proactive candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while meeting hiring SLAs.


Key Responsibilities:


• Voice-Based Recruitment & Screening

• Conduct high-volume voice interviews and telephonic screenings for open requisitions across multiple roles.

• Assess candidate suitability based on role requirements, behavioral competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit.

• Provide clear role briefings, salary discussions, and hiring process guidance to candidates.

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide structured feedback.

• Support offer management, pre-employment checks, and onboarding coordination.

• Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Engagement

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce demand, role expectations, and timelines.

• Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline status, and risk flags.

• Advise stakeholders on market insights, talent availability, and candidate expectations in Australia.



Required Skills & Experience:


• 2–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in voice-based or high-volume hiring.

• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent suitable for the Australian market.

• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment databases.

• Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and interview techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

• Should have hiring experience across various roles

• Should have understanding of Hay grade concept



Technology & Reporting:


• Utilize ATS, telephony tools, and voice solutions for efficient candidate engagement.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion ratios, and candidate experience indicators.

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Tools & Technologies:


• Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, Page Up, Taleo, iCIMS)

• Voice/telephone and virtual interview platforms

• MS Excel / Reporting dashboards



Working Conditions:


• Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work 24*7 shift timings. Work from Office only.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
