What You’ll Own & Drive

Strategic Talent Sourcing

  • Partner closely with business and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and talent needs.
  • Build strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals to meet both immediate and future hiring demands.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques — Boolean search, social recruiting, targeted headhunting, market mapping, and talent pooling.
  • Leverage job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to maximize reach.
  • Identify and attract top-tier candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles through competitor mapping.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT, maintaining quality at every stage.
  • Drive candidate assessments, interview coordination, evaluation, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all touchpoints.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders.
  • Manage and collaborate with external hiring vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality profiles.
  • Support recruitment drives by identifying, screening, and lining up candidates at speed.
