We are looking for someone with strong sales and marketing experience who wants to transition into Talent Acquisition and Team Building.

If you've worked in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or Consulting, your experience may be more valuable than traditional recruiting experience.

Talent Acquisition & Team Building (First 9 Months)

• Learn how to identify and hire exceptional talent.
• Build teams across engineering, design, product, and business.
• Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and organizational growth.

Product Owner( 2 years)

• Transition into product ownership by understanding customers, teams, execution, and business priorities.
• Lead product planning and cross-functional execution.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

• Take ownership of operations, execution, team performance, and organizational scaling.
