Job Description
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, especially for real estate sales, operations, and support functions.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs on time.
Employee Onboarding and Induction:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding, ensure proper documentation, and conduct orientation sessions to help new hires integrate quickly into the organization
HR Operations (20%)
Manage HR documentation, maintain employee records, and handle daily HR operational tasks like attendance, leave management, and compliance.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave data.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, handle grievance redressal, and support strategies to retain top talent.
Policy Implementation and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed, and assist in audits and statutory compliance specific to real estate sector regulations.
Performance Management Support:
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes, tracking probation reviews, and supporting managers in goal-setting and evaluations.
