Roles & Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and attract top talent for various roles within the company, using various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting agencies.
• Owning the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles.
• Handle the full recruitment life-cycle, from adverts to onboarding of new employees.
• Training new joiners in the Recruitment process, providing guidance and leading the team when required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, both active and passive, in order to build a pipeline of talent for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters, as well as phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Work with key stakeholders on recruitment activities, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in the media industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience handling a full-cycle recruitment role.
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and remote working.

CTC: 4 - 7.5 LPA, depending on the selection process and experience
