Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across Engineering and Leadership positions
• Source and identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping
• Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments
• Coordinate candidate interactions throughout the hiring process
• Build talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
• Collaborate closely with delivery managers and account teams to achieve successful closures
• Contribute to market intelligence and talent mapping initiatives
  
  
  
  

Desired Profile

• 3-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing
• Prior experience hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology sectors is preferred
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivery excellence
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
