Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Headhunter
Washington D.C. 20001 ( Fully remote)
Duration: 6–9 months (likely through end of year)
Pay rate: $35 - $46.40/Hr.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage high-quality candidates for contract and consulting roles within the Pharma/Biotech industry.
- Conduct proactive headhunting for senior and executive-level technical positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, approach, and nurture talent pipelines.
- Perform targeted outreach via InMail and follow-ups to attract top candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of directly relevant experience in agency recruitment, specifically headhunting contractors/consultants (not limited to direct hire roles).
- Proven experience within the Pharma/Biotech cGMP environment.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience sourcing senior and executive-level technical roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including candidate sourcing, InMail outreach, and follow-up strategies.
