Job Description: Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition (International)

Role Summary
The Sr. Officer/Deputy Manager is responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle for the TLI division. This includes strategic sourcing, rigorous onboarding, and meticulous employee file management to ensure operational readiness for our international projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Talent Sourcing & Lifecycle Management
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a diverse mix of recruitment channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms) to source high-quality CVs and conduct initial screenings to ensure technical and cultural alignment.
- Interview Management: Direct the coordination of interviews, lead salary negotiations, and manage both pre-joining documentation and post-joining follow-ups.
- Data Integrity: Maintain a comprehensive candidate databank within the Recruitment Database Management, tracking statuses (Interview/Selected/Rejected) and generating recruitment MIS.
- Documents Administration: Author formal offer letters, appointment letters, and new contracts for all TLI joinees.
2. International Mobilization & Logistics
- Mobilization Support: Coordinate critical travel logistics, including ticket bookings, visa processing, yellow fever vaccinations, and accommodation arrangements for international deployments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HODs across departments to facilitate the creation of Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) and detailed Job Descriptions.
3. Advanced Onboarding & SuccessFactors
- Digital Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process in SuccessFactors, ensuring employee code generation and system completion on the candidate's first day.
- Compliance Tracking: Proactively track and follow up with offered candidates to ensure all mandatory joining documents are submitted on or before their start date.
- Employee Experience: Drive the "Buddy" program and "Employee First" follow-up initiatives to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
4. Employee File & Records Management
- Documentation: Oversee the creation of digital employee files and ensure physical files are dispatched to the Gandhinagar Payroll team by the 10th, 15th, or 20th of each month.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A graduate degree in any stream combined with a mandatory MBA, PG, or MMS in human resources.
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven Track Record: Experience managing the complete onboarding cycle for a volume of at least 10–15 new joins per month within a medium-sized organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced working proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential.
- Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex multitasking.
