LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE ONLY
Remote | 1-3 year experience | Full time
We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership technical recruiter who can take charge of sourcing and closing candidates for IT services roles. You will work directly with vendors and candidates to ensure strong pipelines, zero drop-offs, and high offer-to-join ratios.
What you’ll do
- Source and screen candidates as per defined JDs and filters
- Ensure follow-through across all steps: CVs, interviews, offers, joining
- Manage and improve recruitment trackers (Excel, Airtable)
What we’re looking for
- minimum 3 year of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong grasp of screening criteria and filters
- Experience of closing IT or tech roles
- Solid communication skills — voice and writing both
- High energy, disciplined follow-up, and a “close it” attitude
- Comfortable with tools like Naukri, Excel, LinkedIn, and fast at learning new ones
