Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions across multiple business functions. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, leveraging HummingBird’s AI capabilities and integrated tools to identify, engage, and nurture top candidates. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing requisitions, scheduling and conducting interviews, tracking candidates in the ATS/VMS ecosystem, supporting employer branding initiatives, and providing regular recruitment analytics and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing sourcing, screening, selection, and offer processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including structured interview techniques and collaboration with hiring managers on selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote a compelling, inclusive employer value proposition across channels.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment platforms, ATS/VMS systems, and data-driven hiring practices is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize multiple requisitions.
- Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines and uphold non-discriminatory, fair hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience recruiting in technology or SaaS environments, especially within talent-tech or HR-tech, is a plus.
