🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions

* Candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and references

* Screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers

* Managing onboarding and joining formalities

* Maintaining recruitment trackers and HR databases

* Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

✅ Requirements:

* 1–3 years of recruitment experience

* Hospitality/F&B industry background is mandatory

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Experience in volume hiring and outlet staffing will be preferred
