About the Company

A leading global bank is establishing its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to build out hiring. You will help staff a marquee organisation as it scales from its first cohorts to a full centre. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will run structured hiring at volume, building reliable pipelines and a clean candidate experience while keeping quality high across technology and operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Sourcing

  • Build talent pipelines across technology, operations, and support roles
  • Source and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach
  • Run screens and shortlist against clear role requirements

Process & Reporting

  • Partner with hiring managers on intake, scorecards, and offers
  • Coordinate interview loops and keep candidates informed throughout
  • Track funnel metrics and report on hiring progress to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 5 years in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally at some volume
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfort with an ATS and structured, fair interviewing
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to a GCC, bank, or large multinational environment
  • Experience hiring technology or operations talent in India
  • Familiarity with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, or LinkedIn Recruiter
