Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in hiring for sales, design, operations, corporate, and field roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions (Sales/Design/Corporate/Operations).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role expectations.
  • Source talent using job portals, social platforms (LinkedIn), referrals, and networks.
  • Conduct HR screenings to evaluate fit, compensation expectations, and role alignment.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback closures, and offer discussions.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join, etc.).
  • Support employer branding activities including hiring drives & social hiring content.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience during every stage of recruitment.
  • Maintain recruitment data on ATS and internal dashboards.
  • Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure seamless joining experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience hiring for Sales and Design roles in product/service-first organizations (interior design, real estate, retail, etc. preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder handling skills across business functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with hiring tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Indeed, etc.
  • Comfortable working on fast-paced and high-volume hiring mandates.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Proven experience in working with growth/scale-driven organizations.
  • Exposure to interior design, real estate, retail, architecture, or similar industries is a plus.
