As a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in Blue Collar Hiring, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. This contract, on-site role located in Gurugram, involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring alignment with the company’s employer branding strategy. You will work closely with internal teams to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting with a focus on blue-collar workforce
• Experience in Employer Branding to attract the right talent
• Proven ability in conducting comprehensive Interviewing processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of labor market trends and compliance regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
