About the role
You will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, senior managers and HR on all aspects of internal and external recruitment. You'd manage full cycle recruitment for GTM and tech roles.
What you’ll do
- Look at full cycle hiring process - post open roles on job boards, social networks, and our careers page to attract the right candidates.
- You'd primarily be responsible for managing talent acquisition operations, interview coordination, talent sourcing, resume screening, cross functional collaboration, etc.
- Screen resumes and applications based on key criteria.
- Send personalized outreach messages for outbound recruiting.
- Assess candidates for skills, culture, and motivation.
- Ensure all candidates have a great experience, whether hired or not.
What makes you a good fit
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably with high growth startups is a plus).
- Experienced in recruitment operations - interview coordination, resume screening, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to juggle various open positions.
Salary and Location
Location: Bangalore
Expected CTC: We pay top of market for the right folks and also offer generous equity (ESOP) to everyone in the team
