About Role - As a Talent Acquisition Specialist ? Technology, you will be part of our growing India talent team, responsible for shaping the future of our tech organization by hiring top-tier talent across cybersecurity, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and digital engineering. This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our growth journey. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Delivery Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (cloud, full stack, cybersecurity, application management, DevOps, etc.) Drive strategic sourcing using advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referral channels Own screening, technical evaluation alignment, and stakeholder engagement for assigned requisitions Ensure quality pipeline delivery aligned to hiring SLAs and business demand Stakeholder & Business Engagement Act as a strategic advisor to tech hiring managers Facilitate structured intake meetings and calibrate expectations Share market maps, talent insights, and pipeline analytics with business teams Candidate Experience & Branding Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpoints Champion tech EVP through sourcing campaigns and events Liaise with employer branding on niche tech outreach and engagement Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate data on ATS Track KPIs including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer conversion ratio, etc. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3?6 years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or enterprise tech setup Hands-on experience with tech hiring tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms Strong understanding of modern tech stacks and hiring trends Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Business Insight Communicates Effectively Attracts Top Talent Decision Quality Plans & Aligns Optimizes Work Processes
