Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Additional responsibilities include creating and enhancing employer branding initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and managing interviews
• Experience with Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Proven expertise in Recruiting strategies and implementation
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles is advantageous
