Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, employee referrals, and social media.
Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal stakeholders or clients.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports on hiring progress and metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
