About the Ro leWe?re looking for a sharp, agile, and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team?someone who thrives on identifying exceptional talent for non-IT, creative, and business-driven role s. If your recruitment background is predominantly or entirely in IT/technical roles (e.g., software engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.), this position is NOT the right fit. We?re building a diverse team across functions like performance marketing, SEO, content, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, client servicing, operations, and other digital-first roles. While prior experience hiring for these specific areas is a strong plus, it?s not mandatory. What matters most is your ability to understand nuanced, non-technical roles, think like a talent scout, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environm ent. This is a high-im pact, immediate-start opport unity for someone ready to own the full hiring cycle from day one. Key Responsibi litiesManage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across creative, marketing, operations, and client-facing func tions.Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative, non-generic methods (LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, referrals, etc.).Build and nurture talent pipelines for roles such as performance marketers, SEO specialists, copywriters, designers, video editors, and other emerging positions in the digital marketing ecos ystem.Partner closely with hiring managers to decode role requirements beyond the job description?and craft compelling candidate narra tives.Deliver a human-first candidate experience with timely, transparent, and empathetic communic ation.Champion 8 Views as an employer of choice by authentically representing our culture, values, and mi ssion.Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to continuously refine your app roach.Ensure all hiring practices align with legal standards, diversity principles, and internal guide lines. What We?re Look ing ForMinimum of 1 year of relevant work exp erience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recr uiting.Demonstrated experience hiri ng for non-I T roles?ideally in marketing, creative, digital, or business func tions. (Note: Experience in these exact domains is advantageous but not req uired.)Strong sourcing instincts and comfort engaging passive talent?headhunting or proactive outreach experience is a plus.Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and alternative platforms (e.g., Behance, Dribbble, content commun ities).Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.Agility and a growth mindset?someone who thrives in ambiguity and learns qu ickly. Startup experience is welcome but not ess ential.Must be available t o join immediately or within 1 5 days.A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferr ed?but your approach and attitude matt e r more. Bonus Points If You?Have recruited for digital marketing, creative, or performance-driven roles before.Understand the difference between hiring a performance marketer vs. a backend developer?and why it matters.Treat recruiting as a blend of strategy, psychology, and story telling.Are energized by building teams that shape brands, not just sh ip code.
