Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to our hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage effective hiring and selection processes and strong LinkedIn sourcing
• Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles with a strong understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals, and recruitment vendors
• Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, follow-ups, and successful onboarding
• Conduct thorough pre-screening and candidate assessments
• Coordinate with interviewers to ensure quick turnaround times and a smooth candidate experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ year of proven experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail
• Effective stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
