Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with GCC recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for roles across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, knowledge of GCC labor markets, and experience coordinating international recruitment processes including visa documentation and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and recruitment networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and GCC clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure documentation compliance for overseas employment (passport, visa, medical, certificates, etc.).
• Build strong candidate pipelines for frequently requested GCC roles.
• Work closely with clients, recruitment agencies, and internal teams to understand hiring needs.
• Prepare offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Stay updated with GCC labor laws, recruitment trends, and visa processes.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines.

Required Skills

• Experience in GCC recruitment / overseas recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and niche positions.
• Good understanding of visa processing and documentation for GCC countries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in GCC hiring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
