The Opportunity

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are ambitious, people-focused, and excited about building a career in recruitment, technology, or sales. No prior recruitment experience is required, we provide mentorship, and a clear career progression path.

As a Junior Talent Recruiter, you’ll learn how to identify, attract, and engage top technology and STEM professionals globally, while developing highly transferable skills in communication, relationship management, market research, and business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Identify and connect with high-potential candidates for technology and STEM roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and digital platforms.

• Candidate Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.

• Market Research & Insights: Learn how to analyse industry trends, salary data, and talent markets to support recruitment strategies.

• Advertising & Branding: Help create engaging job adverts and social media content to attract top graduate and experienced talent.

• CRM & Systems Training: Gain hands-on experience using recruitment software, ATS, and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters, account managers, and clients to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

• Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates from first contact through to placement.
